About Agentive

Agentive provides AI Employees for accounting firms and bookkeeping practices. Our AI-powered platform helps accountants and bookkeepers automate repetitive work such as bank reconciliation, BAS preparation, document processing, client follow-ups, email triage, and financial workflows.

Our platform integrates with tools such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks and is designed specifically for Australian accounting and bookkeeping firms.

Role overview

We are looking for an AI Solutions Sales professional to help grow Agentive by reaching out to accountants and bookkeepers, demonstrating our AI Employee platform, and guiding prospects through the sales process from introduction to closing.

This is a SaaS sales and product consulting role focused on the accounting and bookkeeping industry.

  • Learn the Agentive platform deeply
  • Understand accounting and bookkeeping pain points
  • Conduct demos and explain product capabilities clearly
  • Build relationships with accounting firms and bookkeepers
  • Help prospects understand how AI can improve their workflows
  • Guide prospects through the sales process and help close deals

Key responsibilities

  • Reach out to accountants and bookkeeping firms
  • Conduct product demos and presentations
  • Learn and understand Agentive's AI Employee platform
  • Explain AI workflows and automation capabilities clearly
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales conversations
  • Follow up with leads and prospects
  • Help close SaaS subscriptions and onboard new clients
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and industry understanding
  • Work closely with the team to improve sales processes and messaging

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS sales, software sales, or technology consulting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable learning and demoing AI/software products
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Confident speaking with accountants, bookkeepers, and business owners
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong understanding of modern software and AI tools
  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM (managing contacts, deals, pipelines, sequences, and reporting)

Highly preferred

  • Experience selling SaaS products
  • Experience selling to accountants or bookkeeping firms
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot workflows, marketing automation, and dashboards
  • Experience with other CRM tools and outbound prospecting
  • Interest in AI, automation, and workflow technology
